Privacy notice

This page says what information we hold, why, and what your rights are. It is written to match what this website and our service actually do — nothing here is boilerplate, and we collect very little.

Who we are

Sales Chaser is a trading name of Keelson Holdings Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under number 17359226, whose registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. Keelson Holdings Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can reach us about anything on this page at info@shipitstudio.co.uk.

Visiting this website

This site has no sign-up forms, no accounts and no login. It sets no cookies. Three things happen in the background:

If you email us

Almost every button on this site opens your own email app — nothing is collected until you choose to write to us. If you do, we hold your email address and whatever you send in order to answer you and follow the conversation up. The lawful basis is legitimate interests: you wrote to us about the service. We do not add you to any mailing list, because we do not have one, and we will delete the correspondence if you ask.

If you buy leads through the site

The Pay Per Qualified Lead card has a buy button that hands you to Stripe. It is a Stripe Payment Link: pressing it takes you off this site to a checkout page on Stripe's own domain, where you type your card and billing details into Stripe's page rather than ours. We never see or store your card number.

Stripe is our payment processor, and a controller in its own right for the payment data it collects — what it does with that is covered by Stripe's own privacy policy, and anything stored in your browser on that checkout page is Stripe's rather than ours. Stripe tells us the name, email, billing address and amount for each payment so we can issue a receipt and run the work. The lawful basis is performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR), and keeping the resulting payment and invoice records is a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)) — we hold them for six years from the end of the accounting period they fall in, because HMRC requires it. If the payment link is ever missing or misconfigured, the button stays a mailto: link and no payment is taken.

When we qualify leads for a client

The service calls leads on behalf of client businesses. When we do that, the lead data — typically a name, phone number and the details of the enquiry — is supplied to us by the client, and it belongs to their relationship with their customer:

We use a small number of suppliers to run the service: hosting and cloud infrastructure, telephony and AI voice processing, transactional email and messaging, and Stripe for payments. Each acts as a sub-processor under contract, and we name the specific providers in each client agreement — or on request.

If our AI called you

That call happened because you enquired with one of our clients and agreed to be contacted — the AI will have said which business it was calling about. That business is the controller of your enquiry, so questions about your data are best sent to them, but you can equally write to us at info@shipitstudio.co.uk and we will either deal with it on their instructions or put you in touch. If you ask us to stop calling you, we suppress your number across our systems.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to our processing, and ask us to restrict it. Email info@shipitstudio.co.uk and we will respond within a month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Kept honest. This notice describes what the website and service actually do. Last reviewed 1 September 2026 — if what we collect changes, this page changes with it.
